Last night the newly formed HMAC committee met via Zoom. It was my first time to lead the meeting and it went pretty well, though I did let it go into overtime. But there were a lot of important topics to discuss and consider.
I opened the meeting with some thoughts on our role as committee members, ideas for the coming year and how we can operate as a committee. Below are the notes I used for my talk and I thought it might be useful to put it here in the interest of “communications and transparency.”
